Our Brazilian Cheese bread /cheese puffs mix is based on a traditional Brazilian recipe called "Pao de Queijo", they are soft on the inside and have a light crust on the outside made from a Brazilian root called Manioc. They are very quick and easy to make just add water a little bit of oil and you are all set. The bag comes already with dehydrated vegan "cheese" but you can always add more and make them even closer to the one we sell frozen. Our whole product line is naturally gluten-free made in a dedicated facility in Maples Ridge BC- Canada.

The contents of 1 bag can be used to make several types of pastries and baked goods such as pizza doughs, pie crusts, bread sticks, waffles, crepes, pancakes, tortilla wraps and much more. PLEASE NOTE: The dry mixes can be shipped by regular parcel BUT IF you are purchasing Frozen items as well you can either buy them together and pay the higher shipping rate(both will be shipped by Xpresspost) or you can buy them separate so the flour will be charged regular shipping and the Frozen will be charged express shipping.
